In addition to our annual benevolences (see further below), our children collect a weekly spare-change mission offering. So, please bring spare change to worship! 

During 2025 our children are collecting for:

• Lutherans for Life – $1,951
• The Table Ministry – 
• Friends of Madagascar Mission – 
• Lutheran Military Veterans & Family Ministries – 

In 2024, our children collected for the following missions and ministries:

• Department of Lutheran Studies, Gordon-Conwell, Charlotte – $1,929.50
• Lutherans for Life – $1,976.00
• St. Paul Lutheran Seminary – $1,869.50 
• Lutheran Military Veterans & Family Ministries – $1,945.12

In 2023, they collected for the following missions and ministries:

• Lutherans for Life – $1,855
• Spiritual Orphans Network – $1,981
• St. Paul Lutheran Seminary – $2,019
• Lutheran Military Veterans & Family Ministries – $1,901

Annual Benevolences: The following receive a percentage of our weekly offering. This amounts to about $50,000 total each year. 

• SOLA Publishing
• LCMC Seminary Fund
• Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ
• Naomi's Heart
• Radical
• Samaritan's Purse
• Meals On Wheels
• Focus on the Family
• Binns Count
• Bible Teachers (for Carson, East, and South high schools)
• Spiritual Orphans Network
• Organ Lutheran Church Food and Clothing Shelter — area Lutheran churches providing assistance to over 100 families within a 10-mile radius of the church. You may also bring non-perishable food to the church (bins inside the main and education entrances) that our Property Brothers deliver to Organ. 
• St. Paul's Disaster Relief — provides funds for making disaster relief kits by our Lutheran Women, Lutheran Men, and Outreach Committee
