Hotdogs will be available at the picnic shelter from 4pm-5:30pm. Hayrides will be available from 4:30pm-6:30pm (line-up beside cemetery; last ride will load up at 6:15pm.) Trunks will be open from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the front parking lot (line-up begins between the cemetery and the church.)
Volunteers are needed to help in the following areas: parking & security, food prep & serving, hayride attendants, and decorated trunks. Volunteer forms are in the narthex (times listed here are the updated/correct times.) Canned soft drinks are needed for the event. Please leave soft drinks at the fellowship hall stage. Candy donations are not needed this year.
