Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
We make our plans, Lord, but must depend upon you to direct our steps along the right path. Lead us in the way that we could not know. Help us hear your will and see the way, that the darkness may be turned into the light where we may always be with you. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
You are our refuge, Father: the one to whom we may always come and find comfort and peace. Revive us again and deal bountifully with us by forgiving us all our sin for your Son’s sake. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Holy Spirit, inspire us to walk as children of the light, judging what is commendable and pleasing to you. Wake us up that Christ Jesus may shine on us and even through us to others. We ask that his peace may rest within all who suffer and mourn today, especially for these whom we name before you now… Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
You are the Light of the World, Lord Jesus. Shine upon us. We ask too that you would shine on Rachel Ziegler in powerful ways throughout her life, that you would guide her in your way, remind her always of her baptism, that you love and forgive her daily, so that you may be glorified in her life, as well as in the life her family and church. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy — through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
Visitor Info
We invite you to join us for an in-person service. St. Paul's features traditional worship and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, family-like environment. Our worship services are traditional and liturgical. Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday.
Please notice that we welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, Pastor Ryman has a chat with the children. You're going to love this part of the service.
