Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Sustain us with your Word, Lord, and open the ears of our hearts day by day, that we may learn how to uphold the weary. Holy Spirit, help us set our faces like flint, resolved to fulfill your will for us in bringing the kingdom near our neighbors and the nations. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Open to us the gates of righteousness, Lord Jesus. Cause us to enter through them, not because of our righteousness but, because we depend upon your righteousness. Call us through your gate, that we may come to your Father in glory and give thanks. That we may come to you, the way, the truth, the life, is wondrous to esteem. This is the day of salvation that you have made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
We would be like you, Lord, yet the cares of this life get in the way. Give us the trust to place others ahead of ourselves, the humility to to serve them, the obedience to pick up and carry our crosses, whatever they may be. And we ask that you would make your love known — even through us — to all those suffering and mourning among us, especially to these whom we name before you now… Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
In this Holy Week, we ask, Father, that all you have put into play will be manifest to us and to the world. We pray that your name be glorified. Inspire us to walk in your light while it is still day, that we may become more and more the people of light, children of the day, walking in the light of the Lord, until we see your face on that great Day. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy — through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

Though we do livestream our services here, on YouTube, and Facebook, we invite you to join us for an in-person service if you live in the area or are passing though. St. Paul's features traditional worship and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment. Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday.
Please notice that we welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, Pastor Ryman has a chat with the children. You're going to love this part of the service.
