Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Give us inspiration, Holy Spirit, to lift our eyes to heaven where Christ intercedes for us. Help us to remember that we have this Advocate who has suffered and died for us. Because Christ Jesus is our Mediator, we too have been given responsibility to be priests in your kingdom. So, help us lift prayers for those in need, so that they may see that there is a God in heaven. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Your steadfast love endures forever, Father. You have been faithful to preserve your people throughout the generations, right down to steadfastly loving us today. Help us then, to serve you with gladness, knowing that you are God, and gratefully worship you in spirit and in truth. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for dying for ungodly sinners like us. Be gracious, Lord, to all sinners who are suffering from sin, illness, and death, that they may have hope in you who is their only hope. We pray especially for these we name before you know, aloud or in our hearts... Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Your church in America is rapidly losing pastors. Knowing that you have exhorted us to ask you to send workers into the harvest, we now ask. Please raise up—even among us—new pastors and missionaries to spread the gospel of your kingdom throughout the world, so that all may know your steadfast love lasts forever. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy — through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

St. Paul's features traditional worship and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment. Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday.
