Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Eternal Father, teach us to always trust in you. Plant us firmly in your Holy Word. Refresh us with the living waters that flow over us in baptism and communion. Make us deeply rooted in the assurance of forgiveness and faith in your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Show us your paths and guide us to walk them always, O Lord. We pray you grant us wisdom to understand your Law and Gospel and help us share it with others so that they may also walk in your ways. We ask that you make us fruitful in our vocations with family, community, and labor. Give us ears to hear the needs of our neighbors and hearts to be with them in times of trials and hardships. Help us always be present and ready, and prosper us so that we may do your will. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Gracious Lord, help us to cling to your gospel message that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Enable us to share this good news joyfully; assist us in reminding each other, raising our children, and sharpening ourselves with the Good News your Son has delivered so that the world may believe and be saved. We thank you for the lives of your faithful people now at rest in you. We appreciate their witness, example, and kindness toward us. Nourish us with your Word, refresh us with your Spirit, and guide us by Jesus’ Cross. Help us to grow in our faith in you and our love for one another. We pray that you bring us into the resurrection life he has secured for all who love him. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Father, we bring before You all those who are suffering in body, mind, and spirit. Guide us in supporting them as a church and community. Watch over this congregation. May our actions align with Your will. Assist us in spreading Jesus' mercy to everyone we meet. Let us flourish in grace and cultivate the fruits that nourish all who seek Your goodness. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy; through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
Visitor Info
We would love for you to worship with us in-person if you live in the area or are passing through. For those outside our locale, we do livestream our services into this page, as well as to YouTube and Facebook.
At St. Paul's you may expect traditional worship of liturgy and Holy Communion each Sunday with a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment.
We welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, our children take up a spare change offering for mission. Then they join one of our pastors on the chancel steps for a chat about today's Scripture. We think you will love this part of the service.
