Order of Worship
Download today's bulletin PDF for the entire order of worship and more.
Let us pray for the whole people of God, in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Gracious Lord, you have given us your law and your gospel so that we may know the fullness of your way and grace. Teach us to meditate on your Word, walk in your ways, and love you above all else. Fill our ears and hearts with your Scripture so that we may proclaim them to all who need them. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Lord Jesus, be a shield around us at all times. When we face trials, lift our heads to see your cross and remember that you have defeated sin, death, and the devil, and that those who believe shall not perish but have eternal life. Salvation belongs to you, Lord; seek out all who are lost, and bring them close to you, that by your words they may come to believe and be saved. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Eternal Father, we lift those you brought to Bible School this week. We give you thanks for the teachers, volunteers, and shepherds you called that they may share your kingdom through Scripture, crafts, music, food, games, and fellowship. We ask you to grow the seeds planted here according to your will so that our children will grow in faith and love toward you and their neighbor. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Holy and gracious Lord, bless your church and all missionaries you send, so that through their preaching, many may receive the gospel of forgiveness, peace, and life. Protect all who suffer on account of Jesus’ name. Sustain them and help them to endure all difficulties and trials; deliver them from their enemies; and turn all unbelieving hearts to repentance and faith according to your holy will. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy; through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
Visitor Info
If you live in the area or are passing through, please worship with us in-person. For those outside our locale, we do livestream our services into this page, as well as to YouTube and Facebook.
Expect traditional worship with liturgy and Holy Communion each Sunday and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment.
We welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, our children take up a spare change offering for mission. Then they join one of our pastors on the chancel steps for a chat about today's Scriptures. We think you will love this part of the service.
