Order of Worship
Download today's bulletin PDF for the entire order of worship and more.
Let us pray for the whole people of God, in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Heavenly Father, give us ears to hear your word and teach us to follow you always. Raise from among us strong teachers and shepherds in the faith that they may carry your word into the communities they serve, that more hearts may repent and return to you, and may share in the beautiful inheritance which is salvation in Christ Jesus. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Lord Jesus, in your presence, there is the fullness of Joy. Help us to walk by the Spirit which you have given your church. Help us love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Make us patient in all endeavors, peaceful in our interactions, joyful in our fellowship, good, kind, and gentle toward all, exercising self-control in trial and faithful to you in all things. Conform us to the image of your cross so we may always remember your love. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Eternal Father, we pray for our congregation and the missions you have entrusted to us. Keep us dedicated to following your path and fulfilling your will. Ignite your Spirit within us, so our hearts are filled with compassion and our faith shines brightly. In everything we do, help us to glorify you and support those longing for your word. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Holy and gracious Lord, we pray especially for those whose need is great and long-suffering. Today, we lift to you those who weigh heavily on our hearts — those suffering physically and spiritually — those in nursing care, rehab, and the homebound. We pray you comfort them and their families as they endure and bring them to the remembrance that you preserve us, and it is in you where we find true refuge and peace. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy; through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
Visitor Info
If you live in the area or are passing through, please worship with us in-person. For those outside our locale, we do livestream our services into this page, as well as to YouTube and Facebook.
Expect traditional worship with liturgy and Holy Communion each Sunday and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment.
We welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, our children take up a spare change offering for mission. Then they join one of our pastors on the chancel steps for a chat about today's Scriptures. We think you will love this part of the service.
