Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Lord Jesus, you call all nations to your holy mountain and welcome the outcast into your house of prayer. Grant us grace to maintain justice and do what is right, that your salvation may be revealed and your church may become a home for all peoples. We give you thanks for the baptism of Oona Powlas. Even as you have drawn Oona to you this morning, we ask you to gather those we miss in these pews—even those who have not returned since Covid or who left us feeling estranged for one reason or another. Grant them courage to once again keep the Sabbath and hold fast to the new covenant in your blood. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Father, be gracious to us and bless us, and make your face shine upon us and among us. Let your ways be known among all people and your saving power among all nations, that the peoples may praise you and the earth may bring forth her increase, and especially that your great Name may be feared to the ends of the earth. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Almighty God, your gifts and your calling are binding, and you would show mercy to all, offering the salvation you provide only through Christ Jesus. Holy Spirit, keep us mindful of the Word, and therefore, of the depth of the riches of your unfailing grace. We ask especially, that you would give those among us who are suffering in any way — in body, soul, or spirit — this same trust in your unfailing grace for them. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Lord Jesus Christ, you rewarded the great faith of the Canaanite woman and healed her daughter. Grant us a like persistence in prayer and a humble trust in your mercy, that we may boldly feed on the crumbs of your grace and be made whole. Help us today as you helped her so long ago. Give us great faith through Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever one God. Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Visitors Info
If you live in the area or are passing through, please worship with us in-person. We also livestream our services on this page.
Expect traditional worship with liturgy and Holy Communion each Sunday and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment.
We welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, our children take up a spare change offering for mission. Then they join one of our pastors on the chancel steps for a chat about today's Scriptures. We think you will love this part of the service.
