God has not spoken to you from a cloud of fire, nor audibly spoken to you at all, but perhaps he has led you somehow to a new place. Maybe he has removed obstacles from your path. And in these things, he has shown you that he is God, that there is no other. Moreover, his Spirit has worked in you through the Word, kindling faith in you.
This is the message of today's readings. God has been at work in his people, doing great things never done before. Believe!
