In Genesis 16:2 reporting that “Abram listened to the voice of Sarai,” does it remind you of another story in Scripture where someone distrusted God's command and promise, devising their own solutions for their problems?
Genesis 17:1 is similar to other verses in the Scipture such as Matthew 5:48. Is being blameless and perfect even possible? If so, how?
In chapter 18, the Lord appears to Abraham as three men. What do you think is going on here?
James 5:16 tells us that the prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. Is this promise sustained in Genesis 18:22–33?
